I can layout all Animal feed machinery in use today including conveyors, elevators, mixers presses, coolers etc. I will also ensure that they are well supported and can be accessed and maintained with due consideration to health and safety.
I have designed many bespoke machines for special applications where these cannot be bought "off the shelf", including screw and chain conveyors, elevators, mixers and coolers.
Chute work looks and sounds easy but with many factors to take into account they require careful consideration to get right. If , for example, that 500mm long chute is designed wrongly then the whole plant can grind to a halt.
